Participation in evaluation programs is subject to the rules outlined on our platform. Bonafide Traders reserves the right to update trading conditions, risk parameters, or rules without prior notice. Breach of terms may result in disqualification.

3. Funded Accounts

Traders who pass evaluations may receive access to a simulated or live funded account. All payouts are subject to verification of performance and compliance with program rules.

4. Profit Sharing and Fees

Profit splits are paid according to the percentage outlined in your program (up to 90%). Registration fees are refundable upon successful completion of the evaluation unless otherwise stated.

5. Platform Access

Bonafide Traders may provide access to third-party trading platforms. Users must comply with the terms of those platforms and understand that we are not liable for their service disruptions or losses incurred through them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and platform materials—is the property of Bonafide Traders and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bonafide Traders is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or technical issues outside of our control. All trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any trader’s account for violation of terms, unethical behavior, or misuse of our services.

9. Privacy
